What to Expect During Your Visit

A simple, professional process designed around your schedule.

Before Arrival: Bring a valid photo ID, your lab order, and your insurance card if required by the ordering provider.

During Visit: A trained professional performs the specimen collection using sterile procedures.

After Collection: Specimens are properly packaged and transported according to laboratory requirements.

Insurance & Billing

The testing laboratory or ordering provider handles test charges and may bill your insurance when applicable. We charge a specimen collection fee for the professional collection service.

What to Bring

Your lab order, a valid photo ID, and your insurance card (if required by the ordering lab). Please bring any paperwork provided by your healthcare provider or employer.

Payment Accepted

All major credit and debit cards are accepted at the time of service. Employer invoicing may be arranged in advance when applicable.

Insurance acceptance depends on the ordering provider or laboratory. Please bring your insurance information and laboratory paperwork. We recommend contacting your provider or employer for coverage details.

Test results are sent directly to the ordering provider, employer, or laboratory. Turnaround time varies by test type. We do not release results directly unless authorized.

Please bring a valid photo ID and any required laboratory forms, prescriptions, or employer paperwork. Additional preparation instructions will be provided by your ordering provider if needed.

Most collection visits take approximately 10–20 minutes, depending on the type of test being performed.

Community Care Labs & Mobile Services, LLC complies with HIPAA regulations. All patient health information is kept confidential and used only for authorized healthcare operations and testing services.

By scheduling services, clients agree to provide accurate information and comply with all specimen collection requirements. Services are subject to availability and applicable federal and state regulations.

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted forms of payment include credit and debit cards and approved invoicing for employer accounts.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may incur the full service charge.
