Every specimen is collected, sealed, and documented, then sent to the laboratory for testing. We do not perform testing or interpret results.
Blood Draws
Pediatric to geriatric, with compassionate care for difficult draws and special-needs patients.
Drug Screens
Urine, hair, nail, saliva, POCT rapid urine cup, and ChildGuard pediatric hair collections.
Clinical Specialty Kits
Natera, BillionToOne, Vibrant Wellness, SpectraCell, and more — collected per kit instructions.
DNA Paternity & Immigration
Documented specimen collection for DNA relationship and immigration testing.
Mobile Phlebotomy & Home Draw
Home draws, facility visits, and provider-ordered sports diagnostics kit draws for elite athletes.

Mobile blood draws are available across the Tri-State area for homes, offices, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. We also collect provider-ordered sports diagnostics kits for elite athletes using the kit or requisition supplied by their healthcare provider.

Community Care Labs supports employers and fleet companies with random pool management, program administration, random selections, scheduling, and specimen collections for selected participants.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations require at least 12 hours’ notice. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call or text 240-413-3952 as soon as possible.
This policy applies to all appointments, including employer-ordered drug screen appointments.
