Why Trust Us

Accredited partners, rigorous protocols, dependable service.

Accredited Partner Laboratories

We forward every specimen to an independent, accredited partner laboratory — including Labcorp, MedTox, CRL & Formfox, USDTL, Psychemedics, DDC, Natera, and HealthieOne — so testing, review, and reporting meet established industry standards.

Strict Chain-of-Custody

Every collection follows federal, state, and industry chain-of-custody protocols — including 49 CFR Part 40 for DOT collections. Specimens are sealed with tamper-evident packaging, labeled accurately, and documented from collection to laboratory delivery.

Quality & Confidentiality

Collections are performed by a trained Medical Laboratory Specimen Collector with professional, confidential handling. Your personal health information is shared only with the designated laboratory and authorized recipients required to complete your service.

Before You Arrive

Drug screen instructions.

A few simple steps keep your collection quick and compliant. Please arrive with a full bladder and ready to provide your specimen.

Last drug screen accepted at 11:45 AM

Arrive with a full bladder

Urine collections require at least 45 mL in a single void. Please avoid using the restroom for 1–2 hours before your appointment so you're ready at check-in.

Bring valid photo ID

A government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) is required for every regulated collection. Collections cannot proceed without it.

Arrive 10 minutes early

Give yourself time to complete the chain-of-custody paperwork. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to protect other donors' appointment times.

Have your authorization ready

Bring any donor pass, CCF, order form, or employer/agency authorization you were given. If you don't have one, let us know when you book.

Secure personal items

Coats, bags, and personal belongings are stored outside the collection area, and hand washing is required. No water may be taken into the restroom.

Hair, nail & oral fluid

For hair or nail testing, avoid treatments the day of collection. For oral fluid, no food, drink, gum, or tobacco for 10 minutes before your appointment.

Important: do not over-hydrate. Drinking excessive water can dilute your specimen and require a re-collection. A normal 16–20 oz of water about an hour before your appointment is plenty.
